A little about me.
My experience spans serving children and adults in diverse settings—ranging from clinics and group homes to day centers, residential facilities, and family homes—across the U.S. and internationally. Alongside my clinical work, I’m deeply committed to ensuring that ABA services consistently align with generally accepted standards of care. I’ve both led and contributed to the development of organizational guidelines for ABA services, including standards for clinical documentation and telehealth delivery. I value opportunities to connect with professionals across the healthcare industry to drive meaningful, system-level change.​​

My mission is to help ABA organizations exceed the standard of care by aligning systems and strategies with their core values, delivering life-changing care anchored in quality, ethics, and clinical excellence.
Things I'm involved in.
As a former member of the Standards Committee for the Autism Commission on Quality and the current co-chair of both the Documentation (Doc) Special Interest Group (SIG) and the Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Workgroup for CASP, I am deeply committed to advancing the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA). Our Doc SIG developed the first standardized session note templates for documenting ABA services.

I have extensive experience in public policy and have presented at national conferences, receiving awards for my advocacy and for supporting ABA organizations in delivering high-quality services. I also serve as a Subject Matter Expert for the Association of Professional Behavior Analysts (APBA), the alternate representative for the Behavior Analyst Certification Board® (BACB®) on the ABA Coding Coalition, and am a member of the BACB Board of Directors.

I founded RAW Consulting Solutions to provide education and consultation services to ABA organizations, professionals, and service providers. In every role, my mission is to drive meaningful impact through efficient, high-quality services grounded in the science of behavior analysis.
