About RAW
Real. Results.
I've been privileged to serve adults and children using applied behavior analysis (ABA) in various settings such as facility-based care, group homes, day centers, clinics, and family homes both across the United States and overseas. In addition to my clinical experience, I'm passionate about ensuring ABA service delivery aligns with generally accepted standards of care. With my expertise in applying health care documentation requirements and systems of compliance, I recently took the lead as the author of a chapter on organizational documentation guidelines for ABA services. I've also contributed content for the Council of Autism Service Providers (CASP) Practice Parameters for Telehealth ABA.

My Mission
"My mission is to elevate the practice of applied behavior analysis (ABA) by fostering clinical excellence, implementing robust safeguarding systems, and establishing internal processes that adhere to the highest standards of care within our profession. I aim to extend the reach of these efforts as widely as possible, striving to positively impact individuals, organizations, and communities directly involved in ABA or the broader healthcare ecosystem."
Experience. Applied.
I serve as a member of the Standards Committee for the Autism Commission on Quality and co-chair the Documentation Special Interest Group (SIG) for CASP. Our SIG focuses on creating standards for documenting ABA services and developing session note templates. I have extensive experience with public policy work and have presented at national conferences, earning national awards for my advocacy efforts and work supporting ABA organizations in delivering quality services. I'm a Subject Matter Expert for the Association of Professional Behavior Analysts and have served as one for the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). I was elected as a member of the Board of Directors for the BACB and will begin my term in the fall of 2024.
I formed RAW Consulting Solutions as a way to provide education and consultation services to ABA organizations, professionals, and providers of ABA services. Whatever role I take on, my ultimate goal is to make a significant impact through effective and efficient services utilizing the science of behavior analysis.
